Last night was Easter Vigil. I took this photo through a dining room window. I was not expecting a cross to appear. He is risen indeed! Happy Easter everyone!

These two pictures were taken in honor of the retirement of Kodachrome. My husband was heartbroken when they stopped processing this film. He is anxiously awaiting his LAST ever roll of processed Kodachrome film.

This was mine and my husband’s unity candle on our wedding day. Our theme was black and white so this fit in perfectly. We now begin the journey to our one year anniversary and hopefully many, many more after that.

This Serenity Prayer cross hangs in the place where I get ready every morning, and ready for bed every evening. I begin and end every day by saying this prayer, and it is literally what guides me through my day. This prayer has held a great deal of significance for me over the years. If you have never heard of this prayer, you ought to try it, it works.
