This seems like a place where trees have been gathering to die. It sounds strange but it almost looks planned. There were so many dead trees here.

If you look closely you just might be able to see faces in this tree. I came upon this while walking in the woods near my home.

I came upon this while walking in the woods behind my house. I call it the stump with arms. These limbs are literally growing out of this stump where a tree no longer stands. It is unusual to say the least.
